Return & Refund Policy

Cancel Policy

All of our products can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Exchange

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 business days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 business days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email ( info@efairgo.co.uk ) at first.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 business days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information, and the buyer should pay the freight to return.

GENERAL RETURN PROCESS

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at info@efairgo.co.uk with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). The buyer should pay the freight to return.
  • Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item in 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item in 3-5 business days. If the refund was approved, we will process your full refund within 3 business days, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

  • Ship the item back: If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will charge £5.99 to ship another new package to you. The buyer should pay the freight to return.
  • Exchange: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item in 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange.
  • Tracking link of your shipment will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
  • The delivery time of the package varies by region/logistics, but it takes an average of 5-15 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends.
